Don’t be a French fry, popcorn eating vegan…learn to do it right!

This theory-rich class focuses on the essential macro & micro-nutrients & how to source these in plant-based foods. Then participants will create and savour these following recipes:

  • protein rich decadent chocolate drink
  • delightful cacao hemp spread
  • savory tahini sauce
  • free-form protein rich pizza
  • seared kale with paprika crumble
  • Spanish rice with lentils

All recipes are gluten, dairy, egg free plus vegan.
